In the recent Paris Fashion Week, houses such as Alaïa, Dior, Chanel, Schiaparelli, and Loewe challenged conventional formats, transforming the act of summoning into a creative manifesto.
It was the Belgian-born creative who consolidated the idea of the “anti-invitation,” paving the way for the conceptual formats we see today in the invitation processes for the most exclusive fashion events.
The gesture took on special weight as it was Mulier’s final delivery for the house, closing a creative chapter with an object that synthesized his interest in anatomy, technique, and form.
