“Pack” groups operate as digital sexual exploitation markets in BCS
The case of Esmeralda reveals the operation of groups on social media where intimate content is sold without consent, while complaints filed with authorities remain without progress.

Esmeralda identified the alleged person responsible for that group: Jonathan “N”, a man to whom she had shared those intimate photos in an informal relationship she had for approximately 8 months through social media.
The young woman highlighted that thanks to the fact that she at some point spoke with the subject through Telegram, his contact was saved and that is how she realized that he called himself “Packs Los Cabos”.
