Luego de absolver al presunto acusado, el Juez de Distrito Especializado en el Sistema Penal Acusatorio indicó que el inmueble en donde fue hallado el combustible encontrado sí fue acreditado, no así la responsabilidad penal de Omar N. de almacenar ilícitamente el combustible al interior del inmueble.
