More clandestine graves found in the El Cajoncito arroyo
The number of bodies contained in these burial sites is still unknown.

According to authorities and relatives of missing persons, this discovery was made following a search operation on Sunday, April 5, carried out jointly by collectives and security and justice agencies.

Additionally, it is worth noting that between 2023 and 2024, the Búsqueda x La Paz collective carried out expeditions in this area, resulting in the discovery of 18 graves containing 18 bodies, corresponding to 14 men and four women.

Given the expanding and ongoing search efforts in the El Cajoncito arroyo, relatives of missing persons collaborating with this collective reiterated that they will continue searching until they find everyone in Baja California Sur.
